Vendor fees can be paid on line: www.leecountyhistoricalsociety.org Pioneer Day Setup can start Friday 12:00 PM
CST and must be completed by 7:00 PM Friday evening or Saturday morning from 5:00 AM until 7:00 AM CST.
NO VEHICLES may remain in vending area after 7:00 AM Saturday. Vendor parking will be nearby.
All Arts & Crafts and Food booths will be inside Pioneer Park this year. Booth size will be 12’ by 12’. If more
space is needed, an additional fee for each space will be charged; i.e. food vendor - two booth spaces would equal
$450.00 fee. Do not set up outside your site. Space number requested: 1st Choice_______; 2nd ______; 3rd ______
Spots will be secured with payment. Vendor Space positions cannot be guaranteed, but we will try to honor your
request. First payment received for a spot will secure that spot. Fees must be paid to secure a spot. You will not be
allowed to change vendor spots when you arrive. Please review new maps of vending areas.
No live animals may be sold or given away with purchases (lizards, turtles, frogs, etc.) If you are an
artisan/craftsman, please include at least two (2) pictures of your work. If you have an email address, you will be
informed of your acceptance by email.

    Join us from 8-12 for the Market, and stroll over to the Lee County Historical Society for the 2nd Saturday events. And, there's a Wine Tasting in the evening. Come poke around Poka this Saturday!!

    There are still a few spots for farmers and artisans. Contact Jayme Oates (jayme@farmscapesolutions.com), if you'd like to join us. There's no charge for vendors this week.
